Are all of your products in stock?

We try to keep the shop fully stocked, however, should we have sold out of an item you have ordered we can usualy get it to you within 3-5 working days. If this isn't the case we will contact you and refund you in full.

FAQ is short for Frequently Asked Questions.

You can use this component to provide answers to the questions most frequently asked by your visitors or customers about payment methods, delivery time, refund procedures, etc. If you have a long list of questions and answers, you can organise them into categories.

To edit this component, click on the following menu in your admin console:

FAQ Example: I can't find the answer to my question. What do I do?

Click on "Contact Us" and let us know what your question is. We'll get back to you with an answer as soon as possible.

 
FAQ Example: Is it possible to buy a gift for someone?

Explain if you offer a gift wrapping service.
You can send someone a gift by entering their name and address as the Delivery Address and your own as the Billing Address.

 
FAQ Example: What types of payment do you accept?

You have several ways to pay for your orders.

List here the various payment methods you accept, for example: 
• Credit or debit card
• Direct debit
• Cheque
• etc.

 
FAQ Example: When will my order be delivered?

Specify delivery times according to the shipping options, type of product and destination.
